“We had no wait at all when we dropped the car off. The guy was waiting for us right next to the lift to departures.
On our return, we had a slight delay after collecting our cases. The guy called us to say he'd bring the car to the main doors so again had no wait at all.”
“Quick easy and efficient!! Thank you for getting our weekend off to a great start and making it so easy to come home (even though we were delayed two hours!!)”
“I am not sure this is actually classed as a great meet and greet - you have to enter the short stay car park anyway and go up 4 floors so not really a meet and greet drop off at the terminal front like you usually get and then with no desk upstairs to go to, i rang and then it took someone 15 minutes to come to see us - quick and efficient once they came to get us on our way
On our return, as stated as an instruction, I rang when we landed and was told to ring again when we had got our bags as they said it would only be 5 minutes away so we will be there as you come out. But when I rang back once we got our bags we then got told it would be 15 minutes.
We waited over 20 minutes actually before the car was brought to us in the lanes in front of the terminal but both on arrival and on return it totalled 30 minutes waiting time - not what meet and greet should be in my opinion. We would have been better just parking in the car park we had to go in anyway and then we wouldn't have had any waiting time
The people working were great when they did arrive, it was just the process that didnt work for me as a meet and greet”
“Everything just worked perfectly. I was able to walk away from my car within 5 mins. On my return, after having called on landing, my car was ready for me by the time I got to the puck up point. Polite and efficient service throughout.”
“Had flight cancelled by British Airways…had to fly from Bristol instead..when speaking to rep of Edward Lloyd, was told nothing to do we them..no refund or future credit voucher available but i bet they quickly resold my reserved spot and doubled their money”
