“Service itself is good but after collecting the car I've found later that the box with all the candies left in the car was empty. Even if is just about simple candies....This is really unprofessional as it means that someone has grabbed personal items left in the car.”
“Our meet and greet went without a hitch. However, we were notified by a very short text which stated that our car keys had been stolen while we were away. This obviously caused us a great deal of worry, especially as we didn't know about the car itself in which were our house keys. A further text told us that our keys had been recovered, so we were able to relax a little, although it seemed that we might need to be taken to the police station to collect the keys. As we were travelling home from Bali, we knew we would be very tired, and additional delays would have caused quite a bit of stress. In the event our car was returned to us as normal. However, it was quite dirty on the outside, with grass and mud stuck fast all the way around. We heard the story of the burglary that had taken place, and while we sympathise with the company to some degree, we did still wonder how this could possibly have happened, if the compound was apparently manned 24 hours a day. This event didn't ruin our holiday, but it certainly significantly impacted on us.”
“For my outward journey, I had to wait for the driver to hand over the keys despite giving an ETA of my arrival.
Return journey was much smoother - I took time coming out after landing due to my disabled mum but was called by the driver to check what was happening.”

They were waiting at terminal on arrival and a fifteen minute wait on returning.
Although this is not the case at busy times.
Quite good value.
Don’t leave valuables in car. As items went missing on previous occasion.”
“Unfortunately my car was stolen while I was away which has urged me to write this review. The Edward Lloyd team took me all the way back home to the midlands on Thursday, due to the car being stolen from there compound and me having no form of transport to get home. I do appreciate them doing this for me. Hopefully we can get the car back soon.”
