“Had a few issues with drop off and collection times - the times they had down were incorrect despite me confirming and giving my flight numbers, but thankfully sorted it out for us. Biggest grumble I have is when we came to collect our car it stank of burning break discs - they had driven the car to the pick up point with the handbreak on all the way so it seems! They were in a hurry to leave and now we know why!!”
