“Everything went very smoothly. The staff were very friendly and efficient. A map of the drop off and pick up points would have been useful. We left from Gatwick North and returned to Gatwick South.”

“I really didn't need to start my holiday off with an argument. My instructions for Gatwick North copied and pasted here: "For departures from the North Terminal please follow the signs for "Passenger Drop-Off" taking the middle lane. Go over the pedestrian crossing and drive to the far end and stop on the right hand side of the road in the layby, opposite the Premier Inn, where the chauffeur will meet you.". I did exactly that. The guy who came to collect the car said I was parked in the wrong place. I told him that I'd followed the instructions. "No you didn't" he said. "Yes I did" I said. He said that my instructions tell me to get in the right hand lane at the Sofitel. "No they don't" I said. "Oh yes they do, you're wrong, I suggest you read them properly next time" he said. I don't like being told I'm wrong when I'm not. I suggest you sort out the instructions you send to customers and teach some customer service skills to your staff.”
