“Dropping my vehicle off was really quick easy and I would have been keen to use your service again. Unfortunately on return to the UK, it took over 40 minutes for someone to answer my call. I was number 6 in the queue for almost 30 minutes. It would have been quicker to get to the aiport car park than use your service. Really dissapointing.”
