“We called the company when we landed it was a
Late flight so not busy. The company told us they were busy and only had 4 staff so we neeeed to call back when we had our bags. We were through passport control and baggage reclaiming work in 20 minutes. We called again and was told it would be about 20 minutes and because there were 3 cars they wouldn’t come together we asked for the car work the babies to come first as we were standing at the side of the road at 11pm in the cold and wet. That car came after about 25 minutes and we then had to wait a further 20/25 minutes for the other two
Cars It was suppose fo be meet and greet. It would have been quicker for us to get a transfer bus from the airport to one of the carpark. Not a good service for the money.”
“1st time we have used i love meet and greet, and it was a pleasure, the only issue was they had our flight times wrong BUT they were still there to meet us calling them 10 minutes before getting to the airport, on arrival back in the uk i called them after clearing customs again they had 12 midnight not noon so wasnt expecting us BUT again they was there with car in 5 minutes so a great company to deal with.”
