“I’ve used I love meet and greet numerous times in the past and they’ve been spot on. This time is was a little disappointed. I followed their instructions upon arrival back. I was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait as they were busy. This I can accept. What I can’t accept is the 1 hour and 3 minute wait to collect my car. I had to phone 3 times to find out what was going on. I had no contact from the company or apology. I was just told it was because planes had been delayed and people were arriving with shopping. Not really my problem. Don’t tell me 20-30 minutes and then be over double that time. Disappointing service this time.”

“great experience! I booked meet and greet at Gatwick through APH as i was staying a night in a hotel to and no complaints at all! Customer service number really easy to use and get through to, they were already waiting for me for the slot it booked, really friendly employee on both occasions, departure and arrivals. On departure the guy went and got me a trolley for free, helped with our suitcase! no complaints at all! i've used several meet and greet companies at multiple airports and this was by far the best, smoothest and friendliest service i've had, thank you”
