“This was the first time I have used this company, and I was very happy with the communications regarding the booking. The experience on our departure was friendly, professional, and helpful. Sadly, the return was really the very opposite. We followed exactly the information regarding what to do when returning, and after a long 11-hour flight with a sleepy 4-year-old arriving at 10 pm, to one of the coldest nights of the year. We were told, "Sorry buddy, we can't give you a time when the car will be ready, we are really busy as another flight was late." when we pushed for a time as we did not want to stand outside in the cold we were told "no idea could be 5 10 or 20 minutes" and when I said that is not exceptable he hung up on me. My wife called back to explain we needed a time as we have a child with us, and it was freezing outside. He again hung up. In the end, we waited 15 minutes, then just went down to the meeting point, and the car arrived after a few minutes. The person delivering the car was very apologetic, unlike the guy manning the phones. While I understand things go wrong, I do not expect to be treated as if it's my fault. I would have expected a professional attitude and some idea of when to go and collect my car”

Had to go round terminal twice because I didn't understand the drop off instructions properly.”
“Fabulous service. Seriously good - efficient, great value, courteous staff (Big Mike - thanks for meeting us, you were fantastic!) Waited 60 seconds on arriving at Gatwick to fly off, then less than 2 minutes when we were returning. Minimal mileage on the car (always a concern with some operators) and everything which we left in the car was untouched. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thanks.”
