“The service was great and really worth the extra (vs park & shuttle). Staff were professional and friendly, both on the phone and in person.
Instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Timing wise, it was all spot on. We called 10 mins before we arrived and someone showed up shortly after. The experience was similar on our return journey.
Just one thing for APH drivers to note... Please ensure the car is locked!
I received a notification from my car the day before we flew home. It looks like the car was moved from a long term parking area, to a short term parking area presumably to be able to deliver the car quickly to us after we landed, which is fine. However, the notification I received after it was moved told me the car was unlocked, and was left unlocked overnight. Fortunately nothing was missing or wrong with vehicle but that could have easily been different.”
“It’s quite simple really, they meet you, check your car, drive it away and bring it back at the appointed time undamaged and without excessive mileage on the clock………oh and their guys are polite and helpful,……..,that’s all you need from a meet and greet company isn’t it??”
“When we dropped the car off, we had to wait for an APH representative to arrive. It was probably 15 minutes. On our return, we called the number as we were collecting our luggage as per the written instructions. We were told to call back when we actually had our luggage. We then called back when we had our luggage and were told to go outside where our driver would be waiting. We then had to wait 20 minutes for a driver. It was 1 o’clock in the morning and we had been travelling for a very long time and it was disappointing once again.”
