“This is the second time i have used this service and it is very good. The team are helpful and provided very clear instructions for drop off and were punctual. Returning from holiday a quick call when picking up luggage and they were there again on time. I would definitely use this company again.”
“Departure was fine. But on my retrusn, after I called to say I was ready, the car did not move for 20-30 minutes (it's an electric car which I can track on its app - so I could see it was stationary). Then the car was delivered to the wrong terminal. So I wasted too much time. This is too painful late at night.”
“I have not rated as high as I would like to due to the rudeness of one of your colleagues over the phone. I called to let them know we were 10 minutes away for dropping our car off and we accidentally took a wrong turn after calling to advise of our eta. When we arrived nobody was there to meet us so I called and the man was very aggressive over the phone stating that their driver had been waiting over half an hour. This is not true as we had our satnav on and was only an extra five minutes longer than planned. I apologised to him several times but his tone was extremely aggressive and he was telling me that I must have been in the wrong place as the driver was still there waiting. I became very intimidated at this point and so I apologised again which he ignored and then raised his voice asking if I could see trolleys to my left and a car park to my right I told him yes and he said “right okay I will get a driver to you now.” I apologised again and he replied “okay madam” in a very patronising, raised tone and then hung up on me.
I understand that people can have a bad day, but there was no need for him to be so aggressive with me and become even more agitated due to me apologising. After this, the driver did meet us, he was very pleasant and kind and he himself apologised on behalf of his colleague, which he shouldn’t have needed to do as it was not his fault. I will add that this has put me off using APH Gatwick meet and greet in the future. Upon our return, the pick up was a lot easier our car arrived at the same time as us and to our surprise had been washed thank you.”
“The whole experience really couldn't be any easier, driver waiting for us when we arrived so our holiday got off to a great start, same on return driver and car with us within 5 minutes of calling highly recommended to anyone considering
