“The best meet and greet we have used. Slick, efficient and easy to navigate. When flight cancelled we emailed new flight details and they replied in a few minutes. Instant drop off and car was returned within 2 minutes of us arriving at the designated pick up point. Staff were very pleasant, professional and dressed in smart uniform giving confidence. It is sometimes these little things that make all the difference.”

When we got back though, I waited in a virtual Queue for about 20 minutes before the ‘collection’ phone was answered. That doesn’t work if they make you wait till after baggage collection to phone.
It may just have been a busy time. The car was delivered within 10 minutes.
Despite the call wait, it was still a good service.”
