“We had booked for a 1:00 A.M. collection. Due to a delayed flight we rang for the car at 1:53 A.M. only to be told that the car was in a locked compound. The explanation that I was given was that the booking was for 11:30 P.M. I pointed out that this was incorrect and that I had the document to prove it.
I was told that my car would be delivered from the compound but was not offered any apology for your company’s error. After waiting for half an hour with my partner and 5 year old son I phoned again only to be told that I just had to wait and again no apology was offered.
The car finally arrived at 2:53 A.M.
I was recommended your service by my mother who is a member of the Consumers Association that produces Which magazine. Your service appeared to be a very good choice given our late arrival and the fact that we were travelling with a five year old.
Frankly I expected more from a company that is recommended by Which. An apology at any point during this episode would have gone a long way but none was forthcoming.”
