“We have used the meet and greet with these guys for a few years now and have been SO grateful to have the car ready by the airport exit to throw kids, luggage and husband in to so we can just get on the road home. They’ve never let me down and are always cheerful, polite, friendly and helpful.
Plus absolute bonus, I use Tesco points to pay for it.

“l normally use Aph gatwick site, but tried the meet and greet service. Very impressed with the service. The 10 min phone call before arrival at south terminal and the member of staff was waiting for us, quick and easy. On return called when collecting luggage, walked to pick up point and less than 3 mins he arrived with the car.Well worth using for even less hassle for the start and finish of holiday.”

“We have not used the Gatwick meet and greet services before. We had used something similar in another uk airport. The instructions for what we do when we get there were clear staff met us at the drop off point and were very helpful in explaining about the ticket and taking a picture of it incase you lose it. On return we contacted as directed to and the car was there ready and waiting for us. On both occasions the call handlers were very polite supportive and informative. This made the trip a better experience for us as we were travelling with a family member with mobility issues and children with additional needs.”

My only complaint would be my sat nav was on which I dont use, and the dash settings had not been put back
