“On departure, very good even though it was 3.30am.
When we got back though, I waited in a virtual Queue for about 20 minutes before the ‘collection’ phone was answered. That doesn’t work if they make you wait till after baggage collection to phone.
It may just have been a busy time. The car was delivered within 10 minutes.
Despite the call wait, it was still a good service.”
“Going out was great, but returning after a 24hr journey at around midnight then having to wait 45 minutes for the I love Meet and Greet driver was unacceptable.
The guy said everyone was landing at the same time, I'd never seen Gatwick South so empty.
It's not the 1st time I've had to wait that long for I love Meet and Greet to turn up.
I didn't realise APH still subbed the work to them. Never again”
