“Went to address in the email confirmation which was not the meet and greet address. Email comms could be clearer. 15 minute wait for car pickup despite giving 10 minutes notice as requested. They obviously wanted to group as many as possible for their own efficiency.”
“Used APH many times but first time meet and greet. Drop off in early hours perfect. Pick up not so good, had to wait 29 minutes outside Premier Inn for car delivery, was told it was basically because they were busy. Wished we’d caught the bus to the compound. Disappointed, not worth the extra cost.”
