“Firstly I had to wait for 15mins for the driver only to realise he was standing in front of me and didnt approach my car. Common sense was not common at this point for him as I had approach him and ask if he was named person when he had the device in a his hand and surely should have been my number plate
Upon return had to wait 25mins for my car to be returned. My flight was 30min delayed but got the excuse of ‘well it was your flight delayed so the drivers are busy’
So as much as it was convenient to drop off and pick up and terminal the arrangements took longer than expected”

In this case, the experience with the meet and greet parking service was less than satisfactory, highlighting several practical issues that impacted the overall convenience and comfort of the return journey.
Despite following the required procedure of contacting the company upon arrival at baggage reclaim, the waiting time extended beyond 30 minutes. This delay was particularly uncomfortable due to the cold and windy weather, compounded by the lack of any shelter at the pickup location. Such conditions can significantly affect traveler satisfaction, especially after a long flight when comfort and quick transitions are most appreciated.
Adding to the frustration, the second car booked under the same service faced an even longer wait, nearing an hour before arrival. Extended delays like these not only inconvenience passengers but also raise concerns about the reliability and efficiency of the service provider.
Considering these factors, the decision to revert to a more familiar parking solution, such as the park and ride with APH, which has been used multiple times annually with presumably better results, is understandable. Reliability, promptness, and comfort are critical elements that influence passengers’ choice of airport transportation services.
In summary, while meet and greet services offer the promise of convenience by eliminating the need to park and walk to the terminal, their execution must align with customer expectations, especially regarding timely pickups and shelter from adverse weather.”

“Super easy drop off! I actually forgot to call before arriving but the person on the phone reassured me it would be fine and within 5 minutes someone had arrived to collect my car. Upon return I did have to wait a little longer than anticipated. The card given says ring once through security and collected luggage. Some travellers like me don't carry hold luggage so the wait was a little longer but still efficient. Would highely recommend and right outside the terminal!!”
