“This service is a shambles the address they give you leads to a dead end that also happens to be a red route so when you turn around you are issued with a fine, it was very difficult for me an my own to call 10 minutes before arrival to find out where the drop off is. All in all it was a stressful and unnecessarily expensive service.”

“What can be easier? Drive to the drop off area (you don't even pay the £6 drop off charge) and meet your friendly, helpful APH staff member. Take out your luggage, hand over the key and start your holiday with a short walk to the terminal. Upon arrival back, after passing through passport control and collecting your luggage, phone the designated number and take a short stroll to the drop off zone, where your car will arrive promptly. Pack your luggage, retrieve your key and off you go. No hassle, easy walking access to the terminal and no stress - what more could you want?”
