“Usied Meet & Greet a couple of times always a good service but on this occasion I made a mistake and booked Meet & Greet Forecourt was a bit confusing to drop car off.
We ended up driving around the drop off point 3 times and then ended up having to call them.
Collection was ok luckily it wasn't raining wait time 5/10 minutes. Would I use again maybe but prefer to drop off in car park 5”
“We had to wait over 30 minutes from our first call at Gatwick airport this time around. We where a little annoyed as it should be no more than 15 minutes .
We have noticed it is taking longer to get your vehicle back . We had the same experience in February too.”
