“Slight delay in dropping off the vehicle as no meet & greet staff but once validated the remainder of the process was perfect. Upon return/collection really helpful call with staff in collecting vehicle.”
“Ive always used meet and greet with APH and always been a good service. Last couple of times there has been a delay getting the car returned, which is frustrating. It was 45 minutes last occasion resulting in me having to make a subsequent call to chase return of the vehicle.”
“Very happy with the arrival process and tyhe speed in which the driver arrived to collect the car.Slightly disappointed with the pick up however. Phoned the company as directed when we picked up our luggage but got no answer from when we left the baggage hall until we were standing at the drop off point. Waited a further 15 minutes (ish), outside in the cold. My wife was not allowed to get in the car for a further 3 or 4 minutes until the representative took a host of photos of the car. Whilst I fully accept it is 100% necessary to ensure the car was satisfactory, my wife could have sat in the car whilst this process took place.”
