“The service was okay but not the optimal experience we were expecting, which may be due to the busy half term period. We arrived at the drop off location and waited 20-30 minutes for the meet and greet to arrive. The location seems a bit unofficial as there is no signage so it made for a bit of a stressful wait!
Apart from that it worked ok.
I would give them another chance and try again in case this was a blip.”
“Fantastic service. Called them when we were 10 mins away and they were waiting outside the terminal. Called them again at baggage claim and they dropped the car off the minute we got back outside. It was pouring with rain so we were grateful not having to gaff about with transfer busses. Would absolutely use again 100”
“Great service as usual. Driver was ready to take the car from us on airport arrival and was very quick bringing the car back to us on our return. Very polite and courteous service from everyone involved. I think the car had been washed too. I highly recommend APH. Always use them at Gatwick or Heathrow.”
