“Call operator was really curt, and clearly on soewkerphone in a room with a lot of echo. If your job is to take calls, maybe use a headset - it was really difficult to hear the operator which led to him being annoyed.
And despite calling after grabbing bags/getting through customs, I still had to wait 20 mins for my car to arrive, which is pretty baffling on a quiet time (7pm Monday evening). Kind of ruins the point of meet and greet.”

“We have used Meet & Greet parking twice now, the first time was smooth with no issues however this last time was disappointing. The drivers were friendly, informative and courteous, the person you call to collect your car upon return was not friendly and didn't seem to care we were waiting. We were told on both booking occasions there's road works so there would be delays (im sure this is said every time regardless), and at 11.30pm we had to wait 35mins from the point of calling (once we had collected bags) to the point they turned up with our car. This is not a meet and greet service. We would have been quicker parking cheaper and getting a bus. I doubt they track your flight, and clearly did not have enough drivers as many families were waiting for their cars. It was not a premium service received which we paid for. Very disappointing. If you have booked with them, call them before you collect your bags so you are not waiting.”
