“We arrived and called 10 minutes before drop off. No one was there to meet or greet us. Called again and told 3 minutes. 15 minutes later called again and told 3 minutes? Finally a car arrived with multiple drivers so assuming they wait for many customers and don’t cater individually. On return much better, arrived within 5 minutes if coming out. Could be my mistake bug thought meet and greet meant driver would be there to meet us after our call. May just use the normal car park in future.”
“Used a few times and service great. There was fairly long wait this last occasion to get car back, after calling them it was around 35 mins of waiting. Had to call office again.
Drivers are alway friendly and helpful. Will use again in August.”
