“We were left waiting for 15 minutes in the freezing cold when attempting to drop off our vehicle at Gatwick, this was despite calling 10 minutes before our arrival (as per instructions) and calling again after being left standing around for 10 minutes.
I’m receiving chemotherapy medication and despite being wrapped up I ended up with an awful cold. NEVER AGAIN.”
“I am absolutely furious with I Love Parking at Gatwick Airport. We called ahead at 9:30am to advise we were running early and were number two in the queue, yet still waited over 20 minutes in the telephone queue before reaching the airport drop-off area. Other customers faced the same delay.
When we tried the emergency number, it became clear the phone lines were not working—an issue that should have been noticed earlier, especially at 10am when no calls were coming through. We then waited another 15 minutes for someone to arrive and take the cars.
To make matters worse, I had booked the airport lounge but we had no time to use it due to the delays. There was no apology from staff for the poor service or the inconvenience caused, leaving several customers, including myself, very dissatisfied.”
