“Really rude and abrupt staff - left car for a week and hadn’t used it before so wasn’t very familiar with the procedure and therefore tried asking the staff about it and they were so unhelpful and rude- they just be more polite not everyone has used the service before and knows what to do”

Easy pick up, called when we’d got our suitcases and car arrived a few minutes after we got to the pick up area.”
“Instructions for drop off on paperwork, for London Gatwick South Terminal, although clear the road markings made it confusing ... we did keep in in the middle lane but missed the right hand turn so ended up going round again and met up with our APH representative (who was very courteous and professional).
Pick up was as smooth as the drop off.
All round a service we would recommend and use again especially if our flights were 'silly o'clock on the morning'.
