Friendliness of staff
It was our first time using a meet and greet service and it did not disappoint! Great price, easy process and made for a much less stressful experience all round. Especially as we are a family of 5 with a toddler, no buses and walking straight into the terminal was brilliant. Will definitely be using again!

Really appalling service, had to wait over 45mins for vehicle to be collected and dropped off. Others were longer and nearly missed flights

It was an excellent service provided by APH Gatwick. My car was collected on departure after a few mins wait and on arrival my car was waiting for me after I had made a quick phone call to APH a few mins earlier. Perfect after hours travelling. Their personnel were very friendly and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend this company .

We spent the extra money on valet parking as we were travelling with 3 children aged 2, 6, and 8, arriving at the airport at 3:30 AM for our outgoing flight and arriving at midnight on our return leg. We thought it would be worth it to save any time and make things any simpler with those timings. On the way in it worked well and our car was collected promptly. On the return it took not the advertised 10 min but 38 min to bring our car. We probably would have been out of there faster with park and ride. The excuse given on the phone was that they were very busy. I believe they should only allow customers to book where they have staff capacity, not overbook and leave people waiting on the side of the road in the middle of the night
