Couldn't be simpler, turn up at the car park, barrier opens automatically, drive through the inspection tunnel, park up in a space, go to the reception desk, give them the keys, go on holiday!
Car was ready on return, just go to the reception desk, collect keys, go home.
It really was that easy. Thoroughly recommended.”

My only comment to APH would be to park the cars with the boot facing outwards. When we returned the car was parked with the boot up against the wall so unable to get the suitcases in. Had to pull the car out to load it which then delayed others from pulling out their spaces.”
“Very straight forward and worry free. However our car was left in the outside car parking space. Wouldn’t normally be an issue as it’s close to the desk area but when you have a double push chair with 2 kids and 3 cases it’s no fun in the rain. Especially as the car had been reversed in so we had to pull the car out to load up and got soaked
Used ACE before and the outside parking area is small so I doubt this happens to many people.
Fairly small issue and will be booking ACE again but worth mentioning the above in case there are options to avoid this for families with younger kids.”
