“Great service. Got delayed on way but no problem. Drop off and pick up just a two minute walk from terminal and no waiting around for shuttle bus. Just put your bags in the car and off you go. Very easy and convenient. Used clubcard vouchers too which makes even more value for money. Highly recommend.”
“My car came back minus 2 rear parking sensors... not impressed. They take pictures when they pick the car up, so could see they were there when I dropped it off... so much for a safe & secure enviroment to leave your car while you're away. To be fair they didn't squabble over paying for the repair and are refunding the parking charges... but who needs all the hassle when you get back from holiday.”
“The drop off and pick up instructions were nice and clear, particularly important as we went out of the south terminal, but returned to the north terminal (unusual as it was the same airline). Didn’t have to ring them either, which makes things easier (difficult to do if you’re on the M23).”
