“The booking confirmation email is inaccurate - it does not tell you that the greeting staff at Gatwick South will be labelled as Maple or Purple Parking. There is no mention of Ace anywhere. This is confusing and delayed our handover because we were looking/waiting for Ace. Not what you want at start of holiday! The booking email also says on return you go straight to meeting point but in fact you will be given a card on car handover and you need to ring once through security. Which is fine if you remember to do that after 2wks away, because when you refer to the email to refresh your memory, it doesn’t say that. So that delayed our pick up because our car wasn’t there. Then we had to pay £5 parking charge on exit because presumably the attendant gave us the wrong ticket, because once the car did arrive the handover was swift. So these aspects were frustrating and need to be changed. The actual handovers were straightforward once they happened and our car was taken care of.”
“We were pleased with the service and the location of the parking drop and pick up but..... it is expensive. I noticed the same service with Ace at more than a third cheaper out of August. I do wish we could have more cost pricing not opportunistic profiteering in the summer.”
“Very poor service, and definitely won't use again. We arrived back, phoned as instructed, and still had to wait for 20mins in the hot car park waiting for our car to be returned. When my wife asked someone if they knew how long our car might be, they very rudely said "I'm just a driver" and turned and walked away. Fortunately, one of the other drivers there saw this, came over, apologized and called to check on our car. Someone else very helpfully told us how to raise a complaint and what we should photograph to show how long we had waited. It would have been quicker and cheaper to park in long stay and use a bus.”
“Great service, super easy dropping off the car at Gatwick North. Collected our car from Gatwick South but had to wait around for our car to be dropped off which wasn’t a quick as we’d expected (maybe we should have called before getting our luggage rather than after?). Overall though pretty pleased.”
