Was surprised that the car wasn't brought back to us for the £190 and we were asked to go and find it two floors up.
As the team had our flight details I was disappointed that the car wasn't waiting for us when we got to the desk”
“Drop off okay. Pickup from by lift rather than oversize park zone, a small breakdown in coms and a little chastising on the phone with me
Main problem is a broken internal handle on Motorhome door, was not when dropped off, was when picked up as admitted by Hamesh the manager who dropped it back to me. Recorded with booking company when we couldn’t get out of the door at the service station. A week later they replied to say contact Ace Parking as they only deal with bookings.
Emailed Ace, a quick reply to acknowledge but more than a week later no reply to complaint despite my chasing. Cost £35 to replace handle mechanism.

Not sure where the vehicle was parked but a lot of Bird poo dried solid on the windscreen, for £200 a wipe clean would have been good service.
