“Excellent service….. very pleasant staff…. On our return, we literally walked into the car park and the car was being driven into the car park, no waiting at all. Very easy instructions to understand…. Definitely use again”
“Disappointing that your staff consistently entered the wrong ghost alarm code and locked the system, disabling the vehicle to start. This wasn’t my fault as instructions were given. I was charged an additional £100 when I collected the vehicle. This isn’t fair AT ALL.

“I returned to my car to find the mirror completely missing from my wing mirror and the window open. It was the middle of the night and I had a toddler with me, staff were evasive, and unhelpful even trying to tell me that perhaps I left my car in that state. It was shocking and I didn't feel safe. I was encouraged to drive home with my child in the car in the dangerous condition they had left my car in. I will log with the police. Do not use this company.”
