“Really useful service. 2 mins walk to terminal. Using Tesco vouchers is a great advantage if you’re only going for a few days. Much cheaper than cabs and trains and more reliable”
“The basics were great - very easy to book, very easy to find and VERY near the North Terminal at Gatwick, no queue to hand over keys plus our car was ready for us on our return.
The downside was on return, we had to go up to floor 3 to get our car by walking down a short but filthy corridor strewn with rubbish and use a lift which smelt of pee. Somewhat of a reality check marking the end of our holiday. This could definitely be improved.”

Car was delivered within 30 seconds of us arriving in the car park. Will definately use again. Takes all the hassle out of waiting for a bus, then trying to find your car in the enormous car park in the dark & pouring rain!”
“Slick operation at Gatwick North. Car drop-off is very easy and the car is waiting for you on your return, no hanging about in a cold wind waiting for it to show up. This time our return flight was delayed by three hours so I was a bit worried that that could cause a problem but no one at APH said a word. The process couldn't be smoother.”
