“Paid for all inclusive but was still requested to pay £6 on both entry and leaving. So was £12 more which i am trying to get back. Staff member who collected and dropped off car was very abrupt and everything seemed too much trouble for him. Wont use again”
“We paid for a Midlands Parking Meet & Greet All Inclusive to save hassle but ended having to pay an extra £6 for their exit on arrival. We were given a token on arrival back to exit the car park but that didn’t work so had to pay another £6 so we definitely will not be using the service again!”
“Met at the arranged meeting point, car park c (short stay) handed the keys over and the chip from the barrier we had to drive through to get to their meeting point, the driver said we had to give him £6 to pay for him to get back off the car park.
Returned from holiday, met the guy at the meeting point, car park c again, he gave me the chip to get back out the barrier and had to pay £6 again.
So thats an extra £12 on top of the £117 odd quid for the meet and greet service.
We didnt have to pay anything extra when we used the manchester meet and greet a few months earlier.”
“We booked it , and only realised after booking that we had to pay an extra £12 to get the car in and out of the airport. They also charged us an extra £10 as our flight was 90 minutes delated and meant that we arrive after midnight. It would have been cheaper to leave the car in short stay as we normally do. Wouldnt use again”
“When I booked this I thought it was the same Meet and Greet we have used before. However it wasn’t. We had a long walk to the terminal and on exit had to pay an extra £6 that I wasn’t aware of”
“We were generally satisfied with the service. The drop off was prompt and well organised. The return was a problem, the collection point was described as being near the ‘c ‘ zone but the sign was not visible from the airport exit. The help line was answered but we wandered around for half an hour in the dark until we found our car. If the instructions were improved we would consider using again”
