“The location for meet and greet was almost the same distance as I parked my car last year. Upon return we called earlier than collecting our luggage and were left standing in the snow for 10 minutes. We rang twice to chase up to get an abrupt response the second time then hung up. Overall very disappointed and poor service”
“We had a very nice Curtesy call 15 minutes away from East Midlands giving us directions straight to short stay drop off bay c where we were meet with a man to collect our car and kindly point us in the direction of departure.On our return we called after luggage collection and was told our car would be waiting in bay C for collection well done APH…”

“1. Directions given from M1 are incorrect when travelling from the north. Following these sent us miles out of the way.
2. There is no undercover as described.
3. Ambiguous directions within airport as there is another M&G lane which is not APH.”
“Price hike in booking of £10 not a good start. Then confused despite instructions as we had previously parked under instruction & handed car keys over in the office.
Not impressed with handing key over in a car park. Noted several other cars having to reverse out of other entrance to P & R to get into bay 9. Pick up went ok as we arrived as driver did. Not a professional operation - will NOT return !”
