“I usually use the on site meet and greet, but looked at this company based upon price. The final price is actually £12 more as you have to pay to get in and out of the short stay car park. This is mentioned in the detail but should treally be made more obvious. Saying that the service was efficient on drop off and pick up, and we got out that quickly there was no £6 charge - good tip from the driver who dropped our car off!!”
“Due to it being my first visit to the East Midlands airpot I was a little lost trying to find the drop off location. I called and for help and a driver actually came to find me and guide me to the drop location which was extremely helpful. But I wasnt expecting the extra £6 charge for the short stay car park on entry AND exit which added to the total cost of parking so please add this to your calculations.”
“I expected the meet and greet to be outside the terminal not a 4 minute walk in the open conditions. I have no issues with the staff who were friendly and helpful but I won't be booking meet and greet again as it's not worth the extra money”
“Car drop off within viewing distance of airport entrance, 2 minutes on foot, very polite and helpful staff (made a phonecall to get my car ready for me). Can't comment on where the car was stored, didn't see it.
