“There was no instructions on my reciete for locating where to go, I folowed the sign for meet and greet and was told it was not them, they told me to go to car par 1 and to row c, there I was met by someone who dealt with me, nice man.
On my return a week later on phoning the number given, I was in formed my car battery was flat, a gentileman came and picked us up and took us with our suitcases to my car, he jump started the car for us.
The car on the drivers side was covered in mud splashes, and the inside of the wheel arches caked in mud, it looked very much like it had been stuck in mud and struddeled to get out, there was also muddy foot prints in both front seat foot wells, so it looks like it carried a passenger.
Not knowing where it was parked for the week, we picked it up lees than a mile away, with 7 extra miles on the clock. WONT USE AGAIN”

“very disappointing ! even though you state time of arrival coming back how can you msg at 37000 1 hour before you land on a 4 hr 20 min flight. to ensure There Driver will meet you ? Car was Not even in the car park let alone meet n Greet you. rang to say we are in the car park stated pick up area was told should have rang 30 minutes to 1 hour ago to let them know of our arrival ??? not possible while still in flight. long and short was told Driver be with you 20 mins to 30 mins. standing in the freezing cold car park waiting made 8 calls at times unable to connect phone busy !. over an hour later when driver eventually arrived with our car which by the way is taken off Airport Grounds to god knows where gave us token for machine and off like a shot saying you have 7 minutes to exit the barriers then he was gone. leaving us to load cases wipe car windows and demist absolute shocking service. would not recommend using them Again. do not confuse this meet n Greet service with East Midlands Airport Meet n Greet like i did. go to East Midlands Airport Booking Site book Direct with them ! an apology was given saying should not have had to wait as long as we did. asked for bank details and sort code to give us slight refund as compensation reluctant to do this as they should already know that from original payment thanks but no thanks not giving bank details over the phone text or otherwise. this is probably not the review you expected but found this service very stress full. considering we landed at 17.20 and actually left the Airport Car park at 20 .15 Meet n Greet more like Meet n leave stranded”

“Directions were very good, no problems getting there. We were met as soon as we arrived and on our way.
On the way back I called to say that we had cleared customs and when we got back to the parking area the car was there and someone was exiting to hand the keys over to us.

“The location for meet and greet was almost the same distance as I parked my car last year. Upon return we called earlier than collecting our luggage and were left standing in the snow for 10 minutes. We rang twice to chase up to get an abrupt response the second time then hung up. Overall very disappointed and poor service”
