“Happy with the drop off and collect procedure. But in the directions please make travelling from north clearer. We took the wrong exit off the M1.
After collection noticed heating had been turned up and left on high and there were a number of white footprints in passenger and driver footwells.
Need to make people aware it is quite a walk from arrival to C in car park and not easy to find way to it in the dark.”
“Great service and a very friendly and polite driver.
However, it wasn't clear until after the booking was confirmed and the instructions received that this meet and greet service is not the same one as you see in the car park lanes arriving at the airport car park. With this service, you have to phone 30 mins ahead of arrival to make sure the driver is waiting to meet you and the same when returning. This is OK but it is quick to get through East Midlands when arriving on a domestic flight and on this occasion, we had to wait a while in the car park until the car was driven back to us. While this is not a major problem, it would be better if this information is made clearer on the website before a booking is made.”
“Whilst the drop off for the car was fine on our way out on holiday the return was less than ideal, we rang up after getting through security and customs but no one answered the phone then got to the spot where we dropped the car off and no car, rang again and someone answered but we couldn't hear them even with the loudspeaker on , please check your phone systems, we did eventually get our car after waiting 20 minutes in freezing sleet!!!”
