“Everything went very smoothly, we did have to wait for about 30 mins for the car to be returned to us but that was partly our fault for not calling them sooner to say we had arrived. I would recommend calling them when you have cleared passport control before you have collected your luggage as it only takes 5 mins at EMA to walk from luggage collection to the meeting point.”
“Very easy transaction, we dropped off the car and picked it up again a week later exactly as described. The team were very polite and efficient. We were contacted before drop off and before our pick up to confirm times and the wait for our car was only about 10 mins despite them being quite busy. Would recommend and use again”
“The Meet and Greet worked okay, a couple of things to note. This isn't under cover. You park at the far end of the short stay car park and have to walk across, which isn't an issue if it's dry.
If another car is being collected at the same time, the collection agent has to remove one vehicle at a time. In our case this meant waiting for him to return, which meant standing around for 15-20mins waiting. Not a great start to the holiday. Again on return, it states that you call when your baggage has arrived and your car will be waiting. We were waiting in a very dim lit car park for 10 mins at 2am for the agent to arrive. Not a terrible service, but not as slick as it should be.”
