“We had to wait why my vehicle was driven from another location before we could travel home. It was not made clear at the time of booking that my vehicle would be taken somewhere else to park it. The mats in the vehicle were covered in white stuff. I'm not a happy customer!”
“Ended up being a great service but when we called to say we were 30 mins away (as in the email) they had no idea of the booking. This obviously was very concerning but they took the cars and returned with no issues and would book again.”
“We were met on time when we dropped the car off. On our return we called as soon as we got through passport control and was told it would be 20 minutes. It is only a 5 minute walk to the puck up point, so had to hang around. It was nearer 30 minutes when he arrived and then had to wait a further 10 minutes as he didn't have sufficient funds to pay for our token to get out of the car park. Finally got underway when one of his colleagues arrived to pay for the parking. Also looks like someone has tried to get into the passenger window as there is a scrap along the rubber seal that I had never noticed before.”
“flight was cancelled due to air traffic control, france I called to cancel and let them know they told me to call APH which is impossible to get hold of anyone just tells you nobody is available and to call back.
meet and greet called on the morning to ask where we are, already called to cancel.
APH is the most unhelpfull company due to something that is out of our control would not use again or recommend to anyone - use someone else and save yourself a lot of hassle.”
