This was my first time using meet and greet and I was very impressed with the service. Staff were very friendly and it was a quick turnaround waiting for the car to be collected and returned. Would use again.

I would never book with APH again. It is misleading as when you know the airport you expect to bre parked nearest the door and having a disabled person with me and 3 suitcases I was not amused that I had to trail to the other side of the car park and the assistants there were terrible, they could see my predicament but offered no help and the car was parked in a normal spot so I had to block the way out in order to get my sister in the car so other cars had to wait. To be honest it was a shambles. I will book directly with the airport in future

We didn’t realise when we book this service we had to drop our car off and walk over 10 minutes to departures in the pouring rain, Not exactly what we paid for ! Also we had to pay the attendant £6 so he could have the privilege of moving our car of the airport and upon arrival back we had to do the same all over again, So not only did we pay the company the price quoted we had an additional £12 on top ,

I've used the official 'East Midlands Meet and Greet' many, many times and wasn't even aware there's another company trading from EMA with a misleadingly similar company name. For those who are not aware - Midlands Meet and Greet is the OTHER company. To get people to feel less sucked in by them (I've read lots of reviews from people who wrongly believed they were booking the official M&G) this company needs to be more up-front about who they are, what exactly they are offering (see below) and include the additional parking charges within the original quote. Here's how this firm differ from the official EMA M&G;- 1. This firm does not have dedicated office space, lanes or parking at the airport. Instead, a driver will pick your car up from carpark one - and you have to pay him for the half an hour parking fee. You also have to pay another £6 at the parking meter to get out of the carpark when you pick up your car. 2. Whilst the official M&G is literally right next to arrival and departure's hall; this firm operate out of a carpark so you aren't any closer to the terminal building...so why bother? 3. The lack of an office and any official documentation given to you makes you wary of handing over your car. 4. You have to find a space to park up - the whole point of M&G is that you don't have to jostle with other cars trying to find a parking space. 5. In spite of providing full return flight details and ringing the firm on arrival - it took the best part of 10 mins for the car to arrive. With the official meet and greet; your car is in a dedicated bay and waiting for you. 6. The car, the driver's mat and one of the back seats were all really dusty. 7. I cannot vouch for this on a day to day basis but when I returned home I booked EMA parking for another trip. The official EMA meet and greet was £5 cheaper than this outfit....and that's before you pay the additional £12 parking fees. As this is an inferior service - I'd only use if it was waaay cheaper than any other on-site parking options. On the positive side, the two drivers who met us at the airport were both friendly and professional.

The thng I was not very pleased about was when my car was brought to me, it looked as though it had been driven through some very dirty water somewhere. The wheels and wheel guards were caked in a dry greyish looking splatter and up one side of the car.

Meet and greet scam.Very rude, refused to answer questions, demanded cash and swore at me. Left us with no parking and had to dump car in long stay. Will never use again. This is not the official Meet and greet avoid at all costs

I was not very happy when picking my car up, I got my car back and found that all my settings on my car display had been played with and all been changed. This shouldn’t be the case, I should get the car back as I left it. There was also white dust all over the drivers footwell which was not there when dropped off.
