“Parking hard to find,also a long way from the terminal, no trolleys available only near terminal, so meant walking almost to terminal for a trolley then back to car to load up then back to terminal with cases. On returning called as requested and was told the car would be back at the same place as drop off which is right at the very bottom of the carpark,and wouldn't be there for over 20 mins. When the cars came back they were filthy. Looked like they had been parked in a quarry and had sand and cement thrown all over them, and a good splattering of bird poo too. Will definitely not use this service again.”
“Not happy having to pay an extra £12 for car to be moved out and back in. I obviously hadn't read the small print and I meant to book the other meet and greet as we have been happy with them. Car must have been left in a field as the tyres were covered in mud. Will go back to the other meet and greet next time”
“Good service but wasn’t aware of the £6 extra charge for the 30 min drop off as the meeting point was in the actual airport car park, this could be advertised better during the booking procedure as it’s an additional cost.
Otherwise a good quick way to leave your car at the airport”
“When we arrived at the meeting point, an APH employee was already waiting to take our car. We phoned ahead as per the instructions given to us. When we returned from holiday and after having phoned we only had to wait 5 minutes for our car to arrive. Very friendly staff. A very good experience”
