“had to wait 35 minutes for car to arrive in the rain with a young child , the guy was very rude who brought the car there was 3 families wont recommend and wont ever use them again”

“It was not made clear about the additional car park charges - £6 there and back so £12 total. Also said do not contact them until you had collected your cases so we had an additional wait when we got to the car park.”
