“Fantastic service. I forgot my spare key (Tesla so works off phone) but the guys were super pro-active and helpful and drove with me back to the car park to drop my car off before giving me a lift back to the airport.
When we realised just before we arrived at the airport that we hadn't bought spare key to leave with them we were panicking it was going to be an issue and stressful start to the holiday - but the guys were brilliant. Thanks Very Much”
“It was a very efficient service the only thing I would say is the £6 on entering and leaving the car park should be included in the total cost as the added £12 bumps the price up”
“The 2 reasons I scored low was when booking there was no mention of the 2 additional payments of £6, and upon picking up my car the roof had been down and the mats dirty and seeds had blown in. VERY DISAPOINTED!!”
“To be honest it wasn’t made clear that it’s not actually meet & greet where you go through and leave your keys , a guy met us in carpark, we were charged an additional 6.00 which we were not made aware of, no checking over car etc, was late when we landed , the car was there but the person wasn’t with our keys , very disappointed, wouldn’t use this system again, needs to be made clear that it is not actually meet & greet which we have used before and no problems”
“There was a person waiting for us to drive our car away to a safe car park and the car was there on our return within 2-3 minutes. Need to be aware that the cost of the car parking fee goes up by £12 due to the car being dropping off and picked up being on a short stay car park. this increases your overall cost so may not be as cheap as the meet and great on the airport.”
