“Overall, very positive expereience for 1st time Meet & Greet!
Great communication before travel and on outbound - they rang me several times to check in with ETA's etc. Had to wait about 10 mins in the cold, but that seemed reasonable. On return, we called to say ready & they were there very quick - unfortunately we were in the wrong place - only by 10 metres, but was round a corner so we didn't see eachother. Wish they had rang to see where I was like on the outbound, but ultimately this was our fault, not theirs. And we went looking after 15 mins and found them. Car was looked after. Staff were friendly & helpful.”
“I travelled last year from EMA and have used the meet and greet 6 times, when I booked this year I wrongly pressumed it was the other original meet and greet, Firstly I had to take a token to get into the car park this then cost me £6 extra. You are suppose to ring 20 mins before your arrival but when you are on your own with no hands free in the car you cannot do this so Im was waiting for the attendent to come to see me. Secondly my flight home was delayed and I landed 2 hours late, as it was now into a different day that cost me a further £10, Thirdly I was met by the attendent and given another token and this cost me £8 to get out of the car park, Fourthly and the most serious my car had done 20 miles when I picked it up, I tried to tell the attendent but he had already gone, I have complained to through the official EMA parking web site and I am waiting for an answer. NO I would not recommend this car park,”
“Good parking but I would have liked to know before booking that I have to pay for the short stay car park twice (£6 each time!) Could have been included in the price.. so I actually paid £12 more than what I thought I was...
Staff were polite were not on time on the return flight. They have our flight information for a reason, we waited 25 minutes after having collected our bags. I would use again as there is not very much option when parking at an airport..”
