“Brilliant service as had left some cards in the car which I had intended to post before flying on holiday. Contacted the car parking and one of the staff very kindly located them and posted them for me.”

One comment I would make is the the meeting point is row C. On our return it was cold and pouring with rain and we were absolutely drenched getting ti row C. Is there not a meeting point nearer?”
“Pay extra for meet and greet. Rang as soon as off plane and still was stood out in cold waiting for my car over 20mins even though clearly explained reg and what car/col not what need after long day with a long drive home ahead.”
“When we purchased our parking at East Midlands Airport, there was no mention of Meet & Greet and indeed we didn't request it.
When we arrived at the car park, number 1, a gentleman was there to greet us. we then had to purchase a token, paying £6 so that he could exit the car park. We were then left to transport our luggage to the departure area, I use a walking stick so my partner was left to carry the bulk of our luggage, thank god it wasn't raining.
On our return to EMA, we got a trolley for our luggage and made our way across to car park number 1. It was a freezing cold morning and we had to wait for our car to arrive. when we got the car back, we then had to pay another £6 for a chip to exit the car park.
On top of the initial payment of £70.20 to APH, we had to pay another £12.00 to in and out of the car park. This service is far removed from what I would deem Meet and Greet.
In the paperwork you are advised of the additional charges, so my charge in total was £82.20.
For the future, I will have to think long and hard about parking with APH”
