“Thank a lot for your service although it`s not to proferssional that after your booking and payment You still have to pay at the barrier at the entrance and exit 6 pounds for a token. That shoul be already at your parking price. Thank You!!!”
“The service was good, instructions were clear, staff were polite and helpful. However, this service cost £14 more than a taxi which would have dropped us off and collected us from outside departures because I had not noticed there is an additional £6 fee to enter the car park where the agent is ready to meet you and a further £6 fee to exit the carpark on collection and I had chosen to pay a £2 premium over the taxi, thinking M&G was exactly what it is in other airports directly outside the terminal. Even with no luggage to load,with the tip that leaving the car park within 1 minute of the M&G service bringing your vehicle back to the car park, the time taken was over a minute and the fee was charged. The M&G car park is still a 5 minute walk away from departures and 4 minutes from arrivals in any weather. A spot in the Short Stay car park would have been the same walk to departures and a slightly longer walk from arrivals while costing the same but without the need to co-ordinate with agents on landing.”
