“I paid for parking and then had to pay £6 for you to take it out of the car park and then on return I had to pay the £6 again I also had to wait 20 minutes to get my car back the staff were rude when I asked them why I had to wait this long”

Never Ever use this service. Use the meet and greet that East Midlands airport provides. To be honest it’s a shame East Midlands Airport don’t do there research on who they allow to operate on there grounds . It’s all about money, absolutely no consideration to the customers.
