“Having pre-booked I quite rightly expect there to be a place available. Put simply, there wasn't!! I drove around all areas available for over 40 mins and there were none. Four other cars were in the same predicament.
Fortunately the Ground Ops team were patrolling and immediately got on the case allowing us to park wherever we wanted, as long as we didn't block anyone. They also logged it as an issue with their manager.
I had allowed more than sufficient time to catch my flight, but instead I literally had to run all the way through the system apart from security. I got to the gate 30 seconds before it closed, but was in a hot sweaty mess.
I have already written asking for a refund, apology, and ABSOLUTE assurance of a space if I use the car park again.”
“Really convenient and close to the terminal. Easy to book online, reasonably priced (unlike drop-off) and ANPR works well. Road surface within the car park is atrocious and needs sorting out.”
“Although we had prebooked we spent an age trying to find a space to park. There were no staff around to help and, due to badly parked vehicles, it was extremely difficult to find any space big enough to fit a car. There were about a dozen other vehicles in the same predicament. I will not be using this carpark in future.”
“Great facility, close to the airport. On our arrival, however, it took around 30 minutes to find a space which added some stress to the experience. Many larger cars and vans were parked over two bays, reducing the parking capacity. Eventually found a space at the far end of the carpark. Not sure what would happen if we couldn't find a space. Simply system though, would recommend”
