“I always book the long stay as it’s normally so easy but this time it was really hard to find a space. I appreciate there are flight delays and cancellations but it did cause concern when it took 20-30 mins to find a space. Also would have been good to have a contact number to speak to someone (not am answerphone) who could have helped.”
