“We had a problem getting out the barriers but security very good and assisted us as our voucher didn't work. Caused a little stress as flight were delayed, I did add extra few hours but we went over by 14 minuteds but due to no fault of our own security waved us through. We will reuse”
“In general the parking was fine and is convenient. However getting out of the car park on Sunday night was extremely difficult with queues of cars experiencing difficulty in getting barriers to accept pre-paid tickets and no response to the information button and no one else available to advise.”
“Easy to enter car park and find a space. I took a photo of the area where we parked so we could find our car on return. No need to hand in your keys. Within 10 mins of leaving the terminal we were on our way home.”
“Horrendous as park was full drove round 3 times and i pre booked and paid! So i had to ring as we could not find anyone in car park to help! A kind man who brought a van as i am disabled parked me by exit in an unofficial parking space. Thanks to him he drove us in van to terminal . There were not enough disabled spaces either or no buses as there used to be!
