“Ridiculous situation where we couldn’t find a parking space. Spent 45 mins trying to find a space… we even asked the attendant and he said he hadn’t seen a space. Considering I paid a premium for this service and booked in advance, this was a ridiculously poor value service which I would be reluctant to use again. Especially for the price paid!”
“Arrows on the floors showing exit one way and sign posted arrows showing a different way. Finding the exit was surprisingly difficult. I will not use this again”
“Have used this car park many many times, it's by far the most convenient area and if you're lucky just a couple of minutes walk to the terminal. On the downside, costs have risen alarmingly over the last 4 or 5 years, so am now having to consider cheaper but far less convenient options. Also, this time was the second in a row where the ANPR system didn't recognise my pre-booking. All sorted by the staff manning the exit comms, but a little irritating.”
“Great. Close to the airport and fairly inexpensive, especially if booked in advance. The guy on the phone was really helpful when I realised I’d lost our car park exit ticket. We just gave him the booking reference number as we were trying to exit via the barriers and he opened it automatically.”
