Would be one available very strange as usually there is a duty manager so don’t think I would use the service again. Although the team at the zone itself were very helpful”
“Efficient check in and transportation. Only problem was we were given the incorrect parking bay number and had to spend 30 minutes in the dark, carrying our cases and trying to locate our car on our return. Presume an admin error.(eventually found our car a huge distance away from the bay number we were given). Not a great ending to our holiday.”
“When we left our car everything went well. Auto check in and helpful staff. On our return at 1am there were several flights in and the que for the bus was very long. We had to wait for the second bus but the driver did his best to get as many people on as possible. Health and safety went out the window but we just needed to get back to our cars. Key collection was well organised”
