“The whole process was quick and easy both outgoing and return and there was no wait for a bus to or from the airport ( we flew in and out on a Saturday ) we will definitely be using again”

Price was competitive, even compared to advertised driveway parking etc, especially when you consider no taxi transfers.
Not a fan of the newish automated key drop off facility, but sure we'll get used to it.

“Have used silver zone many times and no problems with them. Has a system where blue badge holders has their cars located as near as possible to reception on return just notify when booking in.”
“Have used Silver Zone Parking plenty of times in the past with no problems - however - this time we came home from holiday to find 2 punctured tyres which were not there when we left the car! Put in a complaint which basically got the response that I can’t prove it was them that caused the punctures! Not very helpful and not the sort of attitude and service I expected. Won’t be using this service again.”
