“Drop off of my vehicle went fine , it was when I returned to collect my car , the collection of the keys and finding my car went ok , the problem came When trying to exit the car park as the ANPR system read my number plate incorrectly and at 0245 in the morning I was not best pleased as I couldn’t exit the car park , after pressing the button for help and explaining the problem I finally got out after 5 minutes”
“This is a good service but when I got back to my car my hand brake was pulled so hard by the moron that parked it after arrival the brake cable had broken!!!!. It was fine when I left it. I had to travel all the way back to Cornwall with no handbrake!!! Also they hand messed with my radio and completely messed up the stations, when I parked it Radio 4 was on the 4 button, when I picked it up minus handbrake it was on radio Wales!.
I will pay the extra next time and park at the airport. Disappointed.”

The area for storing luggage on the bus could be better, not easy to use for the less able bodied! And the price for a week has gone up more than inflation from the last time we used it!”

“When you arrive you park your car in a space, hand your keys in at the carpark desk (remove all keyrings) etc) and then hop on a 5 min bus ride to the terminal. When you return you get on a bus directly outside the terminal door and return to the carpark desk, they will issue your keys - very smooth - would recommend.”
