“I've used this before and been really happy and was this time my return. While the handover of keys was excellent and super fast, the bus service from the airport to the Silver Zone was shocking. They seemed to be unaware that 3 flights had landed within an hour and that they all got their suitcases at the same time, causing huge queues for the bus. I understand the shuttle is every 15 minutes but that is not acceptable when this mass arrival occurs. Another passenger phoned the shuttle line and they seemed unaware and then sent another bus but we were still waiting 45 minutes to eventually get to the Silver Zone. Buses need to be re-evaluated depending on incoming flights. This was at 1.30 am so really would not have been busy come FROM Silver Zone so all available transport should have been ready to pick up otherwise the 'every 15 minutes' is clearly not going to be enough when there are so many people waiting.”
