“Very busy at reception, but as efficient as possible in my opinion. However, when you pick up I find it lacks the relevantly decent technology that the reception process has. It’s laborious to pick your keys up, but the staff to the best they can, even when it’s very busy.”

“Long queue for bus from car park to airport and no protection from weather they really need to get some sort of cover put in place same problem getting back to carrack long queue but at least airport got cover in place other than that not bad”
“Maybe Bristol airport are short on bus drivers, but that's no excuse for the shambles we had to endure. To queue for nearly an hour ( queue went right round the building) is unacceptable and no staff willing to explain or apologise. Some in the queue were very close to missing their flight. I have another booking soon so will see if this shambles has been rectified”
“The new arrivals area is very good and very efficient when booking in , using the new screens was excellent. BUT oh!!! when you arrive back into silver zone, you have to queue!!! and to be honest it was a nightmare!!! You've got the staff behind the desk calling you forward and to move up but then the person has to go and find your key!!! .and when that person returns, they do not remember who the key is for!!! I think something has to be done to improve the system!!!
Also why oh why do you move our cars around? surely the parking area is big enough, quite confusing when you arrive after a 16 hour delay and just want to get home!!!”
