“Instructions in e-mail said I would wait at barrier and collect ticket - but there was no barrier. Instructions could have said something about the "white tunnel" you pass through and that you just drive to a bay then to the office, and use automated facility to drop off keys - have all flight details ready. Also advise to photo the paper slip when going away in case lost.”
