“Easy access to the car park, quick check in process, frequent bus transfer to/ from the airport. The only negative would be what happens when it's pouring down with rain and you are walking with luggage to / from the car park check in office?”

“Long wait for a bus on our return home along with a long queue. Bus too full resulting in people cheating the queue to get on causing lots of stress and frustration. Dropping and collecting keys was straightforward. Would think twice about using the service again”
“Avoid Silver Zone parking at all costs!! They expanded it during Lockdown and CAN NOT cope with the extra people now using it. It took us over an hour to get the quarter of a mile to the airport door... it was complete carnage, people everywhere. It took forever to book your key in, then we had to wait 35 minutes for the bus to pick us up... We ended up missing our flight as the car park took so long. Having used this car park many times over the years, we could not believe how bad it now was. If you park here, give yourself 3.5 / 4 hours before the flight takes off”
