“Drop off was fine but key collection took some time. It was raining and cold I had my 84 year old mother with me and we had to stand outside in the cold and rain waiting in the queue to be processed. There were seat outside but they were a wet and cold and not suitable for mum to sit on.”
“Excellent service we have used them twice now and will definitely use again. Very easy to book and once there the whole process is very straight forward. Found the staff there to be friendly and helpful.”
“Drop off is very efficient. Key collection, however, was absurdly slow and seemingly disorganised. One man came out after having waited over ten minutes (and he was near the front of the queue) saying ‘they’re just going through boxes of keys!!’ Felt sorry for those stood at the back of the very long queue. The collection process needs to improve to warrant the high price.”
“No facility for Blue badge holders at checkin. Was told to stand and wait with passengers at a very busy time. Limited seats. I cannot stand for more than 5 mins. It took over an hour from arrival to reach the terminal. Not a great experience for disabled passengers. Will be reporting this.”
