“The arrival instructions from the internet booking were wrong.
On our return there was a long queue waiting in the cold. Eventually a small bus arrived. People were struggling to get luggage on. I pulled a muscle trying to get my case into a space.
They could not find my key and I was the last to leave the office.
My car was in the far corner of the car park so a long walk dragging cases.
A ridiculous system and an absolute rip off.
I would like a refund please.”
“I have used your parking facilities before and on this occasion you feel short of my expectations. On picking up our key on our return, to be told to go to CC56, to find another car there, not ours. Did happen to find it in CL56. I did get an apology from your staff but there are a number of rows between CC56 and CL56, so a bit more attention to detail is required”
