“We awaited so long to check in the car then the bus had brock down and the 3hours we left to get the car in then go to the airport and get though the check in made us so late we missed our flights. Having to wait till the following day for a new flight, play the fights and an overnight hotel near the airport cost us a further £500.00 pounds of our hard earned money. We foster so not funny having our year old put though this as well. I would not use the service ever again or Bristol airport. A total nightmare”
“All singing and dancing dropping our keys off in the automated system .....but when we got back to Bristol it was another thing completely. 2 guys dishing out the keys to several hundred passengers like they didn't have a care in the world. It was a cold but dry early morning about 1230 when we got to the key collection but took over an hour to get to our car... if your going to automate the system then do it, not half a job.lots and lots of very unhappy customers...”
“Easy check in Bus waiting to go to terminal. On return bus was at bus stop and key collection only took a few minutes. I thought we would have to wait as Airport was very busy and we were held in que in corridor before going down to passport control.so I expected problems at key collection but super organised as usual.”
