“Excellent and quick system dropping your keys off, going back the same super fast service. Buses are every five minutes, so no waiting around. I can’t recommend this service enough. I’ve used many times and will continue to do so.”
“Very well organised and professional staff and ticket system. Key drop off and pick up was well staffed, even after a very late arrival time. Self service ticket machine was easy to follow and staff member was floating to help. Do not lose your green ticket, take a photo. Upon our return, we found our van was at the furthest point to walk compared to the smaller cars / vehicles. I understand they probably have a "vehicular size" system in place. A police car was patrolling at 1.00am to maintain security and most probably to check taxation of vehicles. I recommend the service any time and for Peace of Mind!”
“mostly automated now, key drop automated, keys returned by hand and worked well. Parking slots slightly on the narrow side. Not sure where my car was moved to for the 2 week stay but there appears to have been only 1 mile put on the clock which seems good. Cannot see the photo taken in the arrival photo booth. I believe this should be shared with the customer. APH please note !”
