“On arrival everything worked smoothly. On collecting the car there was only one member of staff serving a full bus load. She asked for help from staff behind the screen, and eventually one more appeared.”
“All good except the parking space number we were given was handwritten & hard to read. I was told it verbally but that was wrong leaving us traipsing around trying to find the car in the cold & rain
Luckily we spotted it quickly but otherwise would have had to go back & get the staff involved
Handwritten final parking space numbers is an unprofessional way of doing it & can/did lead to mistakes so needs changing”
